个人简介:
田文敏博士长期致力于质谱蛋白质组学新技术和新方法的开发,包括微量蛋白质组学、蛋白质糖修饰组学和临床样本的深度定量等前沿技术的 开发,并利用临床队列蛋白质组学方法深入解析疾病发生机制、开发疾病预警生物标志物。研究成果发表在Cell Research、Nature Communications、Journal of Medical Virology、Communications Biology 、Journal of Proteome Research等杂志。主持和参与国家自然科学青年项目和原创探索项目。现任北京神经科学学会自由基医学专业委员会委员。
主要研究方向:
利用基于质谱的蛋白质组学手段解析了多种疾病的发生机制,包括新型冠状病毒爆发初期,我们从患者尿液蛋白质组中发现的病毒感染后机体出现先抑制后激活的免疫应答现象,为临床用药提供了理论依据。我们还建立了蛋白质糖基化修饰鉴定和数据分析的全套方法,成功的解析了新型冠状病毒刺突蛋白糖基化修饰的全谱,发现了O-糖基化修饰追随N-糖基化修饰发生的现象。
血液作为最常见和最易获得的体液样本,蛋白质鉴定深度低一直是领域内亟待解决的问题。我们利用分级策略开发了基于血液样本的深度蛋白质组学方法。在血清/血浆样本中定量了5000多个蛋白质。该方法具有高稳定性以及操作简单等特点,适用于大规模临床队列研究,并成功应用于多种疾病的发生机制解析和生物标志物开发的研究中。
